You will have the opportunity to learn about world-class AI-powered solutions through your profile. Some solutions are included and you will see why when you access them. Others we charge for because of the cost of building and maintaining them with support. But we assure you our solutions across the board will cut your operational costs.

No. Use what helps you. Skip what doesn't. Membership gives you access — you're never required to deploy any specific tool or service.

Yes. You can deactivate or remove your profile from your owner dashboard anytime. No cancellation fees. No long-term contracts.

Any legitimate, licensed towing business operating in the United States. Light-duty, medium-duty, heavy-duty, recovery, transport, repo, motor club work, accident response — if you are in the towing industry, you belong in the Alliance.

No. Owner-operators with a single truck are welcome. Multi-location fleets are welcome. The Alliance scales with you.

Basic business info: legal business name, address, phone, email, services offered, service area, and proof of operation (business license, DOT number, or insurance documentation). Verification typically takes 24–48 hours.

Your profile shows your business name, location, service area, services offered, hours, contact options, verification status, and any specialties or equipment you've listed. You control what's visible and what stays private.

Yes. By default, your direct contact info is private. Insurance carriers, dispatchers, and verified partners can request access through the Alliance. You approve or deny each request from your dashboard.

Anytime. Log into your owner dashboard and edit any field. Changes go live immediately.

You can claim any existing listing through the "Claim Your Profile" button. After verification, you take full control of the listing — update, correct, or remove any information.

Yes. Multi-location operators can manage all their locations under a single owner account, with separate profiles for each location.

During 2026, leads routed through the Alliance are free for verified members. Future pricing will be communicated well in advance, and founding members get preferred rates.

Never. You set your service area, services, hours, and minimum rates. Leads outside your criteria don't reach you. Accept or decline any individual lead with one tap.

Yes. The Alliance is actively building direct connections with insurance carriers and large motor clubs. Verified members are first in line for new contract opportunities as we onboard partners.

Not on jobs you complete. The Alliance is not a brokerage and does not collect a percentage of your invoiced revenue. Any future paid services will be transparent flat fees, not revenue shares.
